Hi, I’m Ryann,
A former NCAA Division I collegiate volleyball athlete turned Registered Dietitian. I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from San Jose State and a Masters of Food and Nutrition from Bowling Green State University. I am also a certified 200 hour yoga instructor, and current NHL performance dietitian for the San Jose Sharks.
My passion for nutrition and holistic wellness began in 2017, when I was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). During this time of my life, I learned how necessary proper nutrition and lifestyle was for managing symptoms and leading a healthy life. I devoted my academic pursuits to the field of nutrition, driven by a deep desire to understand the intricacies of this captivating science.
I believe the mind and body are intricately connected. We must angle our approach to health in a way that addresses the needs of both. I believe in focusing on numerous aspects of a persons life that may impact their nutrition, because feeding ourselves properly is merely one piece of becoming deeply healthy on a cellular level. I am committed to providing you with the education, tools and guidance you need to live fully and continue to become your healthiest self.
Soul Mission Nutrition was birthed from my passion for nutrition and movement, two vital pieces of our health puzzle. I am here to serve you in all of your nutritious endeavors. Get in touch to work with me and learn more...
