    Our bodies need individual support when it comes to healing. Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and creating a personalized plan to fit your unique needs and goals. Nothing is copy and paste!

  • Integrative

    Optimal wellness is deeper than just exercise and diet. I enjoy incorporating other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, breath work, yoga and more.

  • Targeted

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to loving the body you are in. My job is to work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers so that they may become your greatest strengths.

Nutrition is so much more than knowing what to eat and when, it is the relationship we have with food and our body. I understand what it feels like to have no clue what to do when it comes to nutrition, movement and making powerful lifestyle changes. My Mission is to give you the tools and support to live a life that leads you to a beautiful relationship with food and your body.
